Air Handling Equipment
We make design, engineer and fabricated Air handling Units (AHU) for Growing Rooms, Pasteurisation tunnels, Spawn Runners, Exotic Growing Rooms. The units are fabricated in aluminium (dampers & ductwork) and use specialised heating and cooling coils designed for maximum efficiency for the high humidity environmental conditions associated with mushroom cultivation with low pressure drops and “carry through”.
We supply a variety of fan types including centrifugal and axial and are all made to order with the best solution for the required duty and environment. Newer fan types make use of digital motors reducing the cost and the requirement for VFDs but this is solely dependent on application.
Our proven high pressure fans are bespoke and made with resistance materials suitable for the harsh environments of pasteurisation and composting and are fitted with inspection hatches and stainless impellers where applicable.
