As we are a small innovative company, we will engineer a structure to meet your needs, not to fit our standard range

Polystructure Growing Rooms

These structures have always been the staple of our business and we offer a full range of insulated polystructure growing rooms designed with widths from 6.70 – 10.10 metres and just about any length up to 50.0 m. As standard the rooms are insulated with three layers of 80 mm encapsulated glassfibre insulation quilt or 150 mm rockwool.

The rooms be can be finished with Swedish Steel “Greencoat” and similar clad insulated doors and end gables.

Our steelwork has a diameter of 60 mm for the hoops and 50 mm for the ridge purlins and is supplied in two specifications depending on whether the growers cultural regime:

• Standard Specification intended for bag, block exotic growers with the steel fabricated from pre-galvanised tubing.
• High Specification, utilising hot-dipped galvanised steelwork and stainless-steel fittings (e.g.suitable for steam sterilisation).

Air Handling Equipment

Insulated Panel Growing Rooms

We offer a full range of insulated panel (PIR core) growing rooms designed to your specific compost fills and shelving requirements.

Exotic Growing Rooms

The structures and equipment are designed specifically for the cultivation of Exotic mushrooms and require different environmental control systems running at higher humidity’s etc.

Computer Controllers

Most growing rooms, pasteurisation tunnels, and fermentation bunkers are controlled by the Fancom control system and now use the FarmManager supported software.

For waste, bio-drying and when batch applications are required, specific controllers can be supplied utilising Siemens technology controllers.
